We have an open window to make deliveries, between 11:30 am to 6:30 pm. If you need your order to be delivered before a certain time, you must notify us at least one day in advance, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call to the store 604.931.7003. We can normally coordinate your delivery, as do our best to satisfy our customers, but cannot fully guarantee.
The orders must be received before 12:30 p.m. in the recipient’s time zone Monday thru Saturday to assure same-day delivery.
If you need a Sunday delivery, please be sure to order in advance, due we are closed on Sundays but we do deliveries that day. Or you can give us a call to the store 604.931.7003 before placing your order to confirm our availability for Sunday.
If for reasons beyond our control, the order cannot be delivered the day the customer requested, we will contact the sender and reschedule another delivery. Shipping fee may be applied.
After placing your order, if you find it necessary to make any changes to it, please send us an email to email@example.com or visit our Contact Us page and fill out the appropriate form for letting us know. In the unlikely event your change cannot be applied to your order we will notify you via email, so please be sure to include your email address when you submit your request.
Orders currently in design or already en route for delivery can not be modified, cancelled or refund.
When placing your order, if you request the delivery be left with someone other than the recipient, we will follow your instructions, but we will not be responsible if the recipient does not receive your order. We cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty product due to this special request.
If you authorize that your order be left at the front door, if the recipient is not at home, we will leave the delivery as instructed, but that means you are releasing us from liability if the recipient does not receive your order. The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave arrangements. We highly discourage special instructions requesting delivery to a doorstep, porch, yard or any location where the recipient cannot accept the arrangement themselves.
If at the time of placing your order our page indicates that the postal code of the destination is not in our coverage area, we ask you to contact us through our customer service page or call us 604.931.7003 and we will gladly review the exception.
In some cases, our Staff members may contact the recipient to let her/him know that we delivered flowers at the front door, or if the driver is having difficulties to find the address.
Sometimes, the exact date of delivery cannot be met due to extenuating circumstances, which may be beyond our control, as in times of extreme weather conditions. If it should happen that your order cannot be delivered as arranged due to weather conditions, an inability to gain access to the delivery site, special order considerations or delays, Elderberry Floral will make every effort to contact the sender or the recipient and alert them about the delay.
