Delivery Policy

  • We're thrilled to bring a little floral joy to your doorstep or to the doorstep of someone you care about! Our delivery window is from 11:00 am to 6:30 pm. If you have a special time in mind, just let us know a day in advance. You can reach out to us via email at hello@elderberryfloral.ca or give us a ring at 604.931.7003. We'll bend over backwards to make it happen for you, although we can't make absolute promises. Please note, special delivery times might come with a small extra fee.
  • Want your flowers to arrive the same day? Just make sure your order is in by 12:30 p.m. in the recipient's time zone, any day of the week! If you've missed the cut-off but still have your heart set on same-day delivery, don't hesitate to give us a call. We'll pull out all the stops to make it happen for you!
  • Sometimes, access to a delivery location can be a bit tricky—think gated communities or secure apartment buildings. If we can't get through and can't reach you or the lucky flower recipient, no worries! We'll contact you to arrange a new delivery time. Just a heads-up: additional shipping fees may be applicable.
  • If you need to make any adjustments to your order, we're all ears! Simply drop us an email at hello@elderberryfloral.ca or ring us up. But keep in mind, if your floral arrangement is already in the design phase or on its way to brighten someone's day, we can't modify, cancel, or refund the order.
  • If you'd like us to leave your order with someone other than the intended recipient—no problem! We'll gladly follow your directions. However, please understand that we can't take responsibility if the recipient doesn't ultimately receive the bouquet, or if there are any issues with the product due to this special delivery request.
  • Should you prefer your order to be left at the front door if no one's home, we'll gladly follow your wishes! However, please be aware that this means you're freeing us from any responsibility if the recipient doesn't receive their floral surprise. We can't be held accountable for missing or compromised items due to this special delivery instruction.
    • Sometimes, our team might give the recipient a quick call. This could be to let them know that a floral surprise is waiting at their front door, or to sort out any little hiccups like finding the right address or buzzer number. We're all about making sure your special delivery goes off without a hitch!
    • We aim for perfection, but sometimes Mother Nature has other plans. If extreme weather or other unforeseen circumstances prevent us from delivering your floral gift on the agreed-upon date, rest assured we'll do our best to reach out to you or the recipient. We'll keep you in the loop and work together to find the best alternative for your special delivery.
